What Is It?

The hydration hero of Vitamin C derivatives. MAP is a water-binding form of Vitamin C that uniquely moisturizes the skin while brightening. It's the gentlest option available and works beautifully for dry and mature skin types.

🔬 The Science

The magnesium salt form creates a hygroscopic molecule that attracts water to the skin. When converted to LAA by phosphatase enzymes, it provides vitamin C's antioxidant and melanin-inhibiting effects.

⚗️ Stability Note

Stable at neutral pH. Requires proper formulation to avoid hydrolysis issues.
